2660 Skywin Way had been owned by same family for 40 years. We demolished the entire house and redesigned the exterior, interior, and landscape. It was awarded of AIA/LA in 2017 Residential Architecture Award for the Private Home re-design. The main concept of this project is to enjoy the incredible views of Los Angeles in every aspect. Unlike other properties of neighborhood, it was raised to 2nd level to take advantage of 360 degree view. The main kitchen and master bedroom were located on the upper level. The floor to ceiling windows maximizes the stunning view and the effect of natural lights.
