2660 Skywin Way had been owned by same family for 40 years. We demolished the entire house and redesigned the exterior, interior, and landscape. It was awarded of AIA/LA in 2017 Residential Architecture Award for the Private Home re-design.

2709 Edwin Place is 48 years old and completely renovated home that offers staggering panoramic views and an open floor plan. Slash Design Co. redesigned the interior, the landscape, and the pool. Also, we customized wooden furniture, cabinets and doors. The structure type was contemporary style which interiors tend to showcase the space rather than thing.

This classic but unique property was designed as Colonial Revival style by the very first owner in 1922. Since the property was in Historical zone, front facade remained as is. However we fully renovated the interior, back facade, and back yard with modern design and Colonial style in mind.
